One word comes to mind for me when I think of my daughter’s birth - magical. Birth truly is magical. This moment where your child enters the world is something you’ll remember forever and tell back to your family, friends, children, & even their children someday. Capturing labor, birth, and the golden hour after is so incredibly special and a privilege I don’t take for granted. This is an intimate experience, so I do of course offer a free pre-birth consultation prior to booking to ensure I’m the right fit to cover your special moment. Birth coverage begins during active labor & ends once baby has been measured & weighed (typically the hour after birth). I can be as hands on cheering you on if you’d like, or a fly on the wall, silent with my camera just shooting. I can stay up by your head and get expressions, or get crowning shots. It’s 100% up to you and I’m here to fulfill your wishes. I cover births in the hospital (with provider’s consent), in birth centers & home births.
